A short bio

I’m currently a PhD candidate at the Computational Science Lab within the Informatics Institute at the University of Amsterdam. My research focuses on computational modeling of complex dynamical systems, with a particular emphasis on (mental) health systems. I use simulation models to explore how feedback mechanisms and interdependencies shape system behavior over time. Alongside that, I have a strong interest in causal inference—particularly in estimating causal graphs from time series or observational data. I’m interested in bridging causal discovery methods with system dynamics to better understand the complexity of human-centered systems.
