A short bio

Thomas Glansdorp is a Masters Computational Science student at the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit, developing his skills in computational models. Thomas has completed his bachelor's degree in chemistry at the University of Amsterdam, during his bachelor's he discovered his interest in computational research and complex systems and pursued a minor in programming. With his diverse background both in Chemistry and computational modelling, he will focus his master thesis on the incorporation of the biomechanical blood vessel formation in burn wounds into the post burn injuries computational model being developed at SEEDbiomed. Collaborating with medical institutes such as VUmc, AMC and BWC in the Netherlands and the research entity Computational Science Lab (CSLab) under the guidance of Ph. D candidate Roland V. Bumbuc.
